Goodbye to daily tension headaches, back pains und neck tensions! Is it really that easy? Let's find out in this workshop on the Feldenkrais method.
Do I hunch my shoulders? Am I grinding my teeth? In this workshop we learn to pay attention and change our - probably unconscious - movement and behavior patterns. The Feldenkrais method helps to identify these habits and patterns and to develop more comfortable alternatives.
Oliver is a medical doctor, Feldenkrais coach and sport medicine specialist and a big Feldenkrais Fan. He will guide us carefully and without any drastic exertion through different movement lessons. We will try out different positions on the gym mat and experiment with variations of common motion sequences like arching, stretching, turning and rolling. Right after the workshop we should be able to feel an improved flexibility, a greater movement capacity, less pain and tensions, an upright body posture, and much more.
Please bring warm and comfortable clothing (e.g. gym gear, tracksuit) and a yoga or gymnastics mat.
The participation fee is 20,- €.
