Badminton

There will be Doubles competitions in the levels A / B+ / B- / C+ / C-. It may be necessary for us to combine different levels depending on the number of registrations in each level. There are no gender specific competitions, everyone is welcome.

We will start in groups; how we then proceed will depend on the number of registrations. It is our aim to play as many matches as possible.
The level A / B+ will play with feathered shuttlecocks, every other level will use plastic shuttlecocks. Feathered shuttlecocks ARE NOT provided and need to be brought by the participant. Plastic shuttlecocks ARE provided by us.

Rules

Game play will be according to the current rules of the DBV (Deutscher Badminton Verband / German Badminton Association), scoring is rally point.

Award Ceremony

Right at the end of the tournament in the sports hall.

Participation Info

The participation fee is 25,- €.
Snacks and drinks are included and will be supplied at the sports hall.

Please note: The sports hall is rather small, so there is not much space between badminton courts and the walls. Conditions are not optimal, so please be cautious to other players and pay attention your surroundings when playing.

The number of participants is limited to 100.
